 “Broken & Opened Into The Sublime” is a series about doing just that. It is about focusing inward, about being present and pragmatically seeing our physical reality for what it is. It is about enacting truth and seeing that simplicity – the path of least resistance – is often the energy that best guides us in honouring our values.

This work releases the bonds of emotion by appreciating them as insights rather than impulses. Recentering the awareness that our peace, our sense of purpose, and the alignment of these two forces within our thoughts, attitudes and actions are physical expressions of the Sublime.
